Developing pineapple growing regions with a proactive and long-term strategy

Harvesting pineapples at AntAgri's cultivation area

Driven by international demand for MD2 pineapples, AntAgri is progressively developing pineapple cultivation areas in suitable regions, aiming for greater control over future supply. This initiative is integral to our strategy of building a stable agricultural foundation with enhanced quality and yield management capabilities.

The development of our cultivation areas begins with the most fundamental elements. Careful consideration is given to selecting suitable varieties, soil conditions, and the cultivation environment to ensure stable plant growth. In regions with appropriate soil conditions, pineapple plants thrive thanks to nutrient-rich soil and excellent drainage.

Furthermore, our cultivation methods are standardized. Agricultural mulch is used to retain soil moisture, suppress weeds, and minimize external environmental impact. Drip irrigation systems are implemented to consistently supply water and nutrients, fostering uniform plant growth throughout the season.

During the cultivation phase, our growing areas are continuously monitored and managed by a dedicated technical team. Factors such as planting density, growth status, and actual conditions in each area are regularly assessed, allowing for appropriate adjustments to maintain consistency and minimize unnecessary fluctuations.

The development of our cultivation areas extends beyond mere production; it is intrinsically linked to the goal of enhancing control across the entire supply chain. From planting to harvesting and subsequent stages, AntAgri is progressively building a highly integrated system to ensure consistent quality throughout.

This approach enables AntAgri to maintain current supply operations while progressively strengthening the foundation for long-term development. As cultivation areas are completed and expanded, the company can more proactively meet market demands, simultaneously enhancing product stability and consistency.

Moving forward, AntAgri will continue to refine and expand its cultivation areas, not only for pineapples but also for various other agricultural products. This is a crucial step in our journey to build an integrated agricultural ecosystem, aiming for sustainable and long-term development.
