Operating large-scale baby corn and edamame farms

AntAgri is implementing and operating baby corn and edamame cultivation areas in suitable farming regions, with the goal of building stable production capacity for short-cycle crops.

Unlike long-cycle crops, baby corn and edamame have short growth cycles, requiring precise cultivation scheduling and the ability to organize harvesting in stages. This necessitates close monitoring and timely adjustments of farm operations throughout the production process.

Baby Corn Cultivation Areas and Products within AntAgri's Farming System

For baby corn, factors such as planting density, growth progress, and harvesting time are continuously monitored and adjusted to ensure the product meets requirements for size, tenderness, and uniformity at harvest.

Edamame through Growth and Harvesting Stages

For edamame, determining the appropriate harvesting time is a key factor. The plant's growth progress is continuously monitored to ensure the product achieves optimal freshness and quality when entering the supply chain.

According to the current plan, the harvesting scale in 2026 is projected to reach approximately 2,000 hectares for baby corn and 1,000 hectares for edamame, reflecting the operational capacity and expansion of cultivation areas in the next phase.

Through the operation of these cultivation areas, AntAgri continues to strengthen its production foundation for short-cycle crops while enhancing its ability to meet the increasingly diverse demands of the market.
